Our New Location On Johns Island Offers A Spacious 10,000 Square Foot Venue With Plenty Of Parking, Of Which 2100 Square Feet Of Space Is Available Now For Guest To Use. It’s Complete With A Full Bar, Indoor And Outdoor Seating Areas, And A Scenic View Of Our Pond. There Is Also Plenty Of Room On Our Grassy Lawn To Set Up A Tent If Needed. Facility Detail -

Our 10,000-square-foot facility on Johns Island is customized for parties as well as producing spirits. Our rustic/vintage atmosphere is perfect for events. Our 2100 sqft tasting room which showcases our beautiful 45-foot-high copper still, we supply the most unique venue off the hectic downtown peninsula. The large parking lot can accommodate Charleston’s many specialty food trucks and outdoor activities. We have a grassy area that can accommodate a large tent, as well as a spacious back patio with a fire pit and lakeside views.

Rental Rates & Hours -

The guest capacity for the event space is 100. Food must be supplied by our food truck or an outside licensed caterer.

All rates are up to a 6 hours event including setup and breakdown. Any additional time is $250.00 per 1/2 hour.

Private Distillery Tour and Tasting -

If requested, we can provide a tour and tasting for your group during the party. Includes walk through of the facility showcasing our equipment and process. Sampling flight includes two Vodkas, two Gins, Aged Whiskey, and a liqueur- a total of 1.5 ounces. Fee: $20 per person

Event Services-

Charleston Distilling does not provide any outside services. You are required to use our bartenders and our spirits. If your party involves any catering, or rentals, we have a preferred vendor list that we have put together for your convenience( Upon Request). We also have a food truck on the premise that can do the catering. If you have a licensed caterer you would like to use that's fine.

Please keep in mind that due to safety, there are absolutely NO FLAMES in the distillery. Sterno is allowed.

Insurance-

Cater service must obtain event insurance naming Charleston Distilling Company II LLC as an additional insured before the event. We require a $500 security deposit from the Lessee that will be returned based on cleanup inspection.

Bar Requirements-

You are required to use our bartenders and our spirits. It is a Host Bar or Cash Bar we don't do drink packages. We have wine as well as local beer. We juice all fresh fruit for our juices and make our own ginger beer and tonic from scratch. ( If there is a specific wine or beer you would like to have we can order if for you).

Garbage Removal-

Lessee/caterer is responsible for garbage removal off premise post event.

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure the date. This is a non-refundable deposit.

The 50% remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event.
